charges, and maintain current account receivable balances. GAIA Renal Billing will assume all billing services, conduct on-site training for patient caregivers (regarding proper documentation and diagnosis coding issues), and train staff in the following areas:
- Clarification of Medicare Rules and Regulations
- New patient assessment and data collection for insurance (most collection related problems stem from inaccurate information)
- Converting to electronic transfer of pre-billing data

- Review current billing procedures for accuracy and timeliness
- Identifying billing policies and procedures and assessing them for accuracy and timeliness
